I booked my flight tickets on air india official app from Goa to Bagdogra on feb ****. And my flight was on april *th. But due to some reason i prepone it on **th of march by paying extra money.but due to corona pandemic situation my flight got cancelled..I went through all the procedure told by air india costumer care. to get my money back..but it was worthless.as they kept on lying me.saying send us the mail with your ticket no...and all..its been around ten months waiting for refund..but i did not get back my money from air india.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
