SpiceJet airlines - Cancelled Air ticket fare not refunded

My family and I booked the spice jet air ticket to travel from Trivandrum to Pune and to Delhi and back, unfortunately due to covid-** pandemic situation, the flight was cancelled, later I was asked to utilize the SHELL CREDIT facility, that facility was also not given. Now the Spice jet hesitates to refund the money equal to the cancelled air tickets. Kindly look into my case and arrange for a refund, I will be very much obliged to your good-self. Thanking you.
