Hi...I booked my flight with clearttrip on the **th of February ****. The flight was from Mumbai to Srinagar for Rs *****.
Today when i went on my cleartrip account, i wanted to check " know refund status" in case i wanted to cancel. This tab tells you how much refund you can get without cancelling on Cleartrip.
When i clicked on the tab it said "unable to process" and the next thing i know was that my ticket was cancelled without my consent.
I called the cleartrip customer service immediately and they told me that they cannot reinstate my ticket. They said they will refund Rs **** and the balance of Rs **** would be used as cancellation charge.
When i insisted to speak to a supervisor, she told me that they would speak to their tech department and get back in ** hrs, but i would need to book a new ticket...
I am very angry with this as i feel cheated
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
