I have booked a flight from Delhi to New York through GOIBIBO website on Feb ** **** (AMDQ*KFGV)and it was scheduled from ** March **** with a return flight on April *nd. It was mentioned that if I Cancel my flight a refund will be given. Then I cancelled my flight before the Indian Govt Guidelines to close all airports and I got an email from them that cancellation request is in process as they are confirming airline charges with airline. An invoice has been sent to me stating the refund details. But suddenly after the few days they have aborted my cancellation request without notifying me. When I checked my refund status then I came to know that they have aborted my cancellation, I never aborted my cancellation request but the pop up message keep coming up saying it aborted due to my request. I have tried to contact them and even tried to chat with customer care but all went in vain. please help me on this to get my refund back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
