Harpreet Singh Arora filed complaint against Cleartrip on Dec 9, 2021
I booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Toronto from cleartrip.com. the flight had a layover of * hours at London, details which Cleartrip failed to mention was that I will never be able to catch next flight from London in * hours since covid rules at London does not allow you to board any flight until and unless they do a fresh covid test, and result of which comes in ** to ** hours. on **th November i cancelled the ticket and till date as on *dec** i have no update from Cleartrip.
On top of it, every time I call them, I get a new answer from a different support person. One would say I will get answer in ** hours, others would say we have escalated this matter and i would get resolution in ** hours, one mentioned i would get results by *dec**, last person i spoke with on *dec** mentioned that he cannot tell you when you will i get refund as British Airways has not given them a refund.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
