I book my Nagpur to prayagraj in ** Feb ****, But due to office reasons I have to cancel the booking. When I was booking, the cancellation option was visible and when I am looking now, it is showing disabled. I will not be able to cancel my booking. And I can't cancel on the app, I can't even call customer care. Kindly help me for cancelling my ticket.
