Redbus app - bus cancelled but refund not credited

I had booked a ticket on RedBus for April **th with Saan Travels, from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, to Malkangiri, Odisha. The bus got canceled in the meantime. I registered a complaint about it on the RedBus app, but its been almost ** days, and I still havent received any refund, nor has any solution been provided yet.
