Red Bus - Cancellation of Ticket

I booked My wife ticket on * september **** by Red Bus From Jaipur to udaipur for Journey on Dated ** September **** on **.** PM By Jain Parswanath Travels.Total Cost of Ticket is *** Rupees.On ** september I called on ** september afternoon to enquire Bus number,Bus Operator said That Your Bus no is *** and Raj wrote on Bus.I reached destination on **.** PM on ,I wait half an hour and called to Bus operator ,Bus operator said that Your Bus cancelled ** days ago,Is Red bus not informed you,I suddenly shocked as It was rush day,There is no vacant seat in any Bus,Suddenly Bus no *** came,Two peoples lied on my conform seat,Red Bus did not inform me prior to my email or message that Your seat is cancelled,There was my wife and my * year Kid ,I argued with driver and He said there is no seat in Your Bus,I called Bus Operator He cut my phone and said talk to Red Bus.It was horrible incident to me that My Wife and my son travelled without reservation and No seat,I called next day to Red Bus staff, staff is talking as They were King ,Red bus cut my phone and did not refund my complete ticket amount,If we cancel ticket from own side ,there is penalty,But if Red Bus cancel my ticket and also They did not give me prior notice that My ticket is cancelled an also did not refund my amount.It is quite painful that Red bus is also a cheated Company.
