Byju ias - Cancellation of program

I purchase byju product on ** October but by using this l am not satisfied with this. Then on *st November l called to salesman Sourav sen who came to our home that l want to leave this study then he told me call me tomorrow.when l called to him he said it was not in my hand but let's l tried. But he never told to their team about this. Then l called or mailed many times to the support team they said we will get i in touch with you * hours later . But after many times calling they called back once day and told we clarify with the salesman and called you again .we wait for some days and they didn't called after many times calling they called you said to the support one month later. If l received tab on ** October then told to him on *st November then how it be one month later. We mailed them many times that we are unable to pay emi then they refused and asked an nahin ho sakta .sir my family financial condition are not well my grandfather is suffers from backpain in spinal and he was admitted in the hospital for **days in December for physiotherapy my father is a farmer then how it be able to pay this large amount in that conditions.please help me in cancellation of program because of thisy father became a B.P patient. Sir l am not focussing on my studies
