Swiggy - Cancellation of Order without Consent and Not providing food

Ordered Food From Swiggy On August *, ****, At *:** PM.
The Food Was To Be Arrived By **:** PM But Seeing That The Item Was Not Yet Picked Up From The Hotel Till **:** Raised Help Option In Swiggy,
But The Bot Help Promised The Delivery By **:** PM As Well As A Provided Delivery Executive Number For Further Assistance.
Later Around **:** PM, The Swiggy Team Canceled My Order Without My Consent.
I Kept Trying The Helpline And Received A Call From Swiggy At **:** PM,
They Informed Me That They Are Not Able To Deliver My Food As There Is A Technical Glitch.
I Asked The Food To Be Delivered As There Is No Option To Get The Food From Anywhere Nearby.
They Simply Gave Me The Canceled Amount As A Refund. I Was The Person Who Had Lost Time And Had To Stay All Night Without Having Food.
I Demand Amble Compensation For All These Especially For Making Me Fast Without Food The Whole Night Because Of Their Glitch. This Should Be Done To Any Consumer In Future.
