I enrolled myself in MAPC in the July-**** session of ODL but due to some uncertain circumstances I want to cancel my admission for the same, I initiated an email to my regional centre and head of IGNOU before the last date according to the guidelines but after a month I receive my ID from there, so for cancellation, I again approached the office in Rajghat but they told me to connect on this issue only through emails till then I had sent the emails so many times but they neither respond nor they cancel my admission and refund my fees back.
