Spicejet Air Line - Cancellation of flights again and again and not to use credit shell amount
SUNIL KUMAR filed complaint against Spicejet Air Line on May 25, 2020
Sir,
PNR:- KCBUPW, PNR:-VIET*E, AND
PNR :-Y*JVKY, GCQ*XG
so many times I have booked the tickets and every times tickets has been cancelled by the airline.
Above all to the PNR is having lots of amount to use in CREDIT SHELL.
But I can only use only one PNR to book for fresh booking of my flight.
Please allow me to use the entire amount of all PNR booking mentioned above.
After applying one PNR in credit shell i cannot use another PNR to add amount for rest of payment because of that i am again paying using my internet banking for rest of payment.Hence there are lots of amount in above mentioned PNR's to utilise.
Please make use all the PNR to add in credit shell while booking the ticket.
Sir, PNR-KCBUPW this is fourth time I have booked ticket and ticket is cancelled by airline.Now I got fed up and don't want to travel by SPICEJET ANYMORE.
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE CREDIT MY ALL ENTIRE AMOUNT OF ALL BOOKING FOR ABOVE MENTIONED PNR IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
