Booked Air India flight for Aizawl Kolkata for * pacs on **.**.**** vide PNR no.*TA*QW. Journey date was *st April ****. While doing web checking ** hours prior to journey time, we came to know that flight was cancelled without any intimation. As we have no alternative but to take a return journey to our home town, we had to purchase ticket at much higher rate. Please note that we bought ticket from Air India at Rs*****/(apx)for * pacs whereas we had to buy our tickets at Rs*****/(apx), causing an extra payment of Rs*****/
AI should compensate that amount
