I had discussed this with mentor and then with senior manager, they confirmed me that my request for cancellation is accepted and they will mail me the details of refund and address at which I have to submit the kit.
Since then I have repeatedly called everyday but customer care is responding only that they will arrange call from concerned, but I have not received any call from last **_ ** days.
This is very frustrating and even second installment is also deducted from my credit card.
The person who had sold me the course is also non responsive. His name is Shakir and his mobile no. Is **********.
At the time of sale he committed that nothing will be deducted if I return with in ** days but now * installments are deducted one before expiry of ** days and now one is deducted after cancellation.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
