I taken the byjus classes on ** December for my daughter of class * to *
But i cancelled the product under on ** December from byjus center and through my official mail also. According to byjus policy if customer cancel the product under ** days they will refund the full fees under ** days without and deduction and i have the pdf of there refund policy. But till today they not refunded my down payment and whenever I call there team they talk rudely and say company will not refund.
