Cs filed complaint against Byju ias on Feb 18, 2023
Had taken Byjus course of BYJU'S tablet program. Due to some financial reasons I don't want to continue the course as I feel the classes aren't at par to other free study materials available on YouTube or elsewhere.
Had sent mails but only ticket generated and they said cancellation is in progress but it hasn't been cancelled yet.
EMi is being deucted from my account for Byjus payment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
