SHANMUKH MUTYALA filed complaint against Croma A Tata Product on Jan 3, 2020
I have ordered * ac's(whose actual price is somewhere around **,***) when there was a technical glitch in Croma's website. After * day,umprior to my notice, Croma had cancelled all the * ac's stating that there was a tecjnical glitch and they can do nothing about that incident. I already came through a technical glitch situation before in flipkart where I got a compensation of **** rupess when the m.r.p was ***** rupees. I asked the customer care member and the escalation team for a solid compensation but they denied saying that compensation was not part of their company guidelines. But as per my knowledge when a company faces technical glitch and the customer buys a product at that time, then he should be either solidly compensated or get the product delivered.
