I have Booked an Airline ticket using PayTM platform. By an accident, Indigo Staff cancelled my tickets while we were on call and later claimed that it was done by an anonymous using their website. They are now asking me to track the IP address and find the culprit. They do not won any responsibility. Since it is Diwali week, the new flight booking will cost me **,*** INR plus the amount I have lost by airline cancellation.
