Travolook - Cancellation Money not refunded

For REF*********,i have not received the refund from Travolook despite following up several times. Every time the customer service team updates that the refund has been initiated please wait for another * to * days. In my view, why does the refund need to be initiated when the ticket itself did not get booked through their site but money got debited. They simply conducting fraud by taking money and not refunding for the service that was not given at first place. Many customers have raised on social platforms that they do not book tickets immediately after the money is deducted, the booking does not go through and the refund also never happens to come on its own. Looks more a scam so they can collect money from customers and delay the refund in hope that whoever forgets will eventually be their profit. Why do such company exist if they have to conduct business in unethical ways
