Hello,
I recently made a booking (purchase) through goibibo of an international flight from India to South Korea with Air Asia airlines. Because of the corona virus the airlines offered full refund allowance for cancellations done and I requested goibibo to do the same. I don't know what they did but they kept saying my refund request was rejected by the airlines. When I spoke with the airlines directly they mentioned that there was no refund requested from goibibo. This issue was going on since **th February and I have proof from airlines saying that there is no refund requested and I have emails from goibibo saying that the refund was cancelled from airlines. I want to go further in this matter and am seeking legal help in doing so.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
