Make my trip had issued international ticket by air India to proceed from kochin to bangkok on **/**/** booking date **/**/** booking I'd in*b**************,pnr no hd*x* return ticket bangkok to mumbai was issued for **/**/** arrival kochin **/**/** same pnr hd*x* Total passengers four names given in attachment on ** Oct when the above ticket was presented at Air India counter Kochin they give us the sad information that the above ticket up and down had been cancelled on **/**/** and we realised that either Make my trip or air india had alerted us above this cancellation however air india was able to issue fresh ticket up and down for a fine of RS.****.the sector mumbai to bangkok was full in economy, hence business class was offered to us for a concessional rate of RS.***** each without which we would not have been able to undertake the journey the Air India office at kochi issued us Fresh tickets on ai*** kochin to mumbai,ai*** mumbai to bangkok,ai*** bangkok to mumbai and ai*** mumbai to kochi common pnr hk*.
