I placed an order on swiggy for order id #************ and after **-**mins I get a direct call from a swiggy executive stating my order is taking too long to be dispatched to the delivery partner because of which he will have to cancel it. I agreed thinking some issue might be there but I was never informed that I will be charged for it. I never thought I would be charged even because I never raised a concern from my side. I was never imitated on text about getting a call (which swiggy normally does) or being charged if cancellation fees (which is not possible because I never raised a concern in first place).
The executive decided to call and then cancel the order and then charge me all by himself.
I tried to reach swiggy to help me but they didn't even after giving proof.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
