Cleartrip Flights - Cancellation fees not fully refunded

I canceled my flight (Indigo) from Delhi to KL for which I paid a total of ₹*****. I paid this amount in two parts- once when I booked and again when I rescheduled. After cancellation, a mail was sent by Indigo confirming that the cancellation cost was ₹***** and the refunded amount was ₹ *****. Cleartrip, however, sent a mail showing the refunded amount as ₹****.

I called Indigo, they confirmed that the amount (₹*****) had been refunded to Cleartrip. After calling Cleartrip, a representative after cross checking agreed that the amount to be refunded should be ₹***** minus the charges by Cleartrip. She promised to call back within ** hours. Few days after, ₹**** was refunded and I never received the call. Now I am not able to contact Cleartrip.
