Spicejet Air Line - Cancellation Fee Waiver due to COVID lockdown

I booked for round trip flight from Spice Jet for travel date *th May'** and return date **st May'**. However due to Covid spike and Lockdown in Mumbai location, I decided to cancel my trip. I am accompanying one year and ** year daughters for my trip. Hence I cannot risk their lives and requested for waiver on Cancellation Fees. I contacted Customer support and they request me to drop email to Customer Relation Team. After ** days of waiting I am getting negative response. Hence I am raising this complaint and hoping to gain assistance. Almost **% of my total booking amount are charged as cancellation charges.Please help!!
