I had booked tickets from bengluru - pune - Bengluru for travel during *th April to **th April one tickets and another *th April to **th may ****.The flights were cancelled during this time and we cancelled the booking which said that full refund will be initiated on the source account .When we got the details it mentioned cancellation charges for both tickets . When asked the airlines is saying that you cancelled the tickets with applicable charges .
But no cancellation deduction were shown before cancelling .As it was lockdown and all flight were cancelled is it justifiable to charge the cancellation charges.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
