I am writing to dispute the unfair cancellation fee charged to my account and request a full refund for my order, which was cancelled by the rider without my consent.
I placed an order on Swiggy (Order ID: ***************) and paid the total amount through Amazon pay. However, the rider cancelled the order automatically, without my knowledge or consent. Swiggy has charged me a cancellation fee equal to the full amount paid.
I have already sent an email regarding this issue but have not received a response. As a customer, I expect a higher level of service and fairness from Swiggy. The actions taken by the rider and the company's failure to address my concerns are in clear violation of consumer rights and trust.
Therefore, I demand:
*. A full refund for the order amount,
*. Cancellation of the unfair cancellation fee charged to my account.
*. A formal apology and assurance of necessary actions to prevent such incidents in the future.
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. If not, I will be forced to explore further legal action to protect my consumer rights.
