Byju ias - Cancellation and refund

I have registered for BYJU'S on the demand that it could be cancelled within ** days if not satisfied but now it's more than ** days still they are telling us to wait for the cancellation and refund .It does not take this much time for cancellation and refund but still they are telling us to wait ..I hope actions would be taken against them
