I had an indigo flight on **th March **** Bangalore to Bhopal (PNR- LRQSGR), but due to bad health on **th march evening doctor advised me not to travel and get a covid test. I sent an email and called goibibo customer care, provided all the detials (doctor prescription, goibibo ticket, case summary) asked for a refund or reschedule, but received no acknowledgement from goibibo till *pm (**th march). In the end, I had to cancel the ticket on goibibo app getting a deduction of *,***rs (****rs refund ).
If this is how you're going the take the money from us then god save you and your business.
- Goibibo support is as good as no support.
- Where are DGCA, indigo guidelines on refund options due to covid symptoms.
- Save yourself from thugs of online bookings.
