On **/**/** I booked a ola cabs from *.* no airport gate for going to the R G Kar medical college and hospital. One micro cab respond first having crn no ********** but whenever came to know about *.* no bus stand then he denied to go and told me to cancel. Then I booked another cabs crn **********. He told me that he will come within ** minutes but he didn't. When I ring he misbehaving with me and told cut the phone and cancelled as he will not come and cut my call. Then I tried to call him but he cut my call. Then I cancelled and take local taxi.
I confused and also shocked about his behaviors and also very upset to see ola add ** rupees cancelation changes with my account which I have to pay with next bill.
But why I will pay the cancelation changes also I want to know about the reason for my suffering.
Very upset on Ola service but filing bad that I am also a regular customer of ola.
