Air India Airlines - Cancel ticket or change the date YZQMK

I booked the ticket from Bhopal to Jaipur for **/**/**** *:**am with travel time of *h**m on *:** PM Sydney(Australia) time on **/**/****. I did not recieved the confirmation of ticket over my email address on the date of booking, so I waited till next day for mail, when I havn't received the mail, I went to air india website and retrived the ticket from manager booking section. The ticket generated is for a wrong date and wrong time, it genertaed for **/**/**** **:**pm with travel time of **h**m and reaching Jaipur on **/**/****. I never booked this ticket. When I tried to cancel the ticket within ** hours to get full payment back it was charging cancellation fees of INR **,*** and just refunding back INR *,*** (See the image below). I read the cancellation policy and it says no cancellation fee if customer cancel the ticket under ** hours or INR**** +*%GST will be deducted, so even on cancellation around INR ***** should be the cancellation fees for * passengers (I have no idea where INR **,*** is being calculated as cancellation amount).

I have called customer service center under ** hours to cancel the flight and have been on hold for past ** hours (nobody is helping me here and the call has dropped * times). I am not liable to pay a single penny for cancellation of the ticket or date change as on the first place I have not booked this ticket with the date and time mentioned on the ticket and I have tried to cancel online within ** hours but AirIndia website generate cancellation fees for INR **,***. Either change the date to **/**/**** *:** AM from Bhopal to Jaipur (reaching jaipur on same day with travel time *h**m) without any charge within next * week or kindly cancel the flight with full refund.
