i had a booking of * tickets from Calicut to Riyadh for ** th march **** and after payment from the website i good "oops we are sorry" so i thought ticket is not confirmed and once i tried again there was no ticket available.so i did the booking in flynas airline.But unfortunately i got confirmation from Air india.So as i already booked ticket in flynas i cancelled the air India ticket on ** th march **** and as per the refund receipt they need to refund me *****.**. i had send may be ** emails to Air india support and every time they are telling like manually initiated refund and it will refunded to my account soon.But unfortunately i didn't receive the fund until now. Also i got penalty of **** from my credit card not paying the amount.So no i have a total loose of ***** because of the negligence from air india.Please do the needful to get the amount refunded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
