My swiggy order ID ***************. When delivery agent comes to me and call me but I am not able to hear his voice then I also call back to him *-* times call duration *,* sec each but not received any voice. After that he cancelled order and he passed by me and I called out but he ignored me. I have also option to choose CASH ON DELIVERY instead of prepaid.i have an question. Why I am choose prepaid order, if its my fault. I also have an screenshot and call history

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
