I have order some sweets to my friend and mr. Farahan is assigned to deliver the food . He called her but due to some circumstances she missed the call after that she and me tried alot to call him even i tried to contact him by chat but he didn't provide positive response and claimed my order as cancelled and no refund is provided them even i shared screenshot where i provided my address to him but he didn't reply on it and no customer care is ready to refund money.. please help me as they have made it as business they did many times to me and my friends.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
