My issue is while the time of switching on the DTH always it is showing no signal or contact customer care many times I had contact customer care regarding this issue but they are not responding properly I can't able to view the channels because while the time of playing the channels always is going stucking I can't able to see even one channel also I had contacted customer care many times they are telling that the executive will come but you have to pay the money my question is why I will pay the money when I am recharging every month timely wise please resolve this issue as soon as possible
