Videocon Dth Services - Channels got deactivated

I recently shifted to a new location and requested for Videocon d*h transfer. So I called to customer care service and they have told me *** will be the chargeable amount for it. I agreed requested to raise the ticket. After a week service engineer called to dismantle of d*h i.e, **th April ****. I personally carried to the new location and installed by Videocon service engineer in the new location which was done **th April.
I have paid for *** rupees in which *** for service engineer for installation and *** rupees for monthly subscription through e-wallet apps and ** rupees in hand cash to the technician. But channel didnt turned up till today i.e, May *nd, I have been raising complaints about complaints through call. Every day they are telling issue will be resolved in ** hrs but its ** hrs since installation (**th April).
Nearly **-** calls I have made daily till date, but till now the issue is not resolved. I am suffering a lot mentally by making numerous and arguing with customer care. I am getting frustrated by talking with them. Please help me with this issue.
