I have been requesting and payment to upgrade my Videocon DTH Noraml (S.D)top box to HD top box. I have payment on **.**.**** and they are not responding and not clear the issue in the moment . I have started to calling customer care around ** times since **.**.** and spoke to supervisor also * times. The local authorized agent had called me in a different number around * times and not take an action and harassing while working period. Mentally I tried to track this service provider.
