I have taken a hathway connection as i required the internt and utilized certain times wherever it is required by paying an amount in advance. When ever i face an issue they never reach to the place and rectify. But when the paid time gets completes they call continously asking for a renwal even i dont require. I dont have money to pay in my pocket. This is really disturbing the personal life where i need to take this to court.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
