I have ordered birthday cake on **th March **** around *.** pm .After few hrs I didn't get any update regarding order confirmation I called to ferns n petals for enquiry. At the time of order they didn't tell that it is not serviceable to my area .once I called back they told they will cancel my order and refund my amount within * days .Till now everyday I called them for update they told the same story .I didn't receive the amount till now. I got badly disappointed by this incident since I didn't receive either cake or my money .Kindly help on this issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
