Winni Cake Online - Cake was not deliver on time slot booked

I placed order for cake in Morning around * am and booked delivery slot between ** AM to * PM.

Being special Birthday event we plan to have cake cutting and then go put for lunch at Oakwood premier prestige hotel my table was book.
I was asked to wait until * for cake delivery without going out for lunch. Is that what any * expect on birthday? I ended up cancelling my lunch plan and staying home for worst cake with not even upto mark taste.
When I called up customer care number they don't even help me in getting order deliver in time but they irritated and screwed up all my Birthday celebration.

Loss that I had this Birthday is not about money but emotion and commitment given. Expectation that were set from family members and friend.

Will winni bare all the cost / will sponsor me dinner at oakwood for compensation ??? And what about emotions and feelings.

Hope some one from winni read this and improve there staff or hire staff that are capable of handling customers. Neither is product good for taste nor service.
