On ** Feb ****, i ordered cake and flowers for *** rs. the combo offer was called "Valentine Rose Day Combo" scheduled to be shipped on Tue Feb ** **** between * Am -* Pm. I received payment confirmation from the website as well. There was no delivery of the cake and i tried to contact the customer care but they did not provide phone number. i tried to contact them via email, CUSTOMER@CAKESPORTAL.COM but i received no reply. Cake and flower was not delivered and my money was not refunded.
