Byjus Learning Online Products - Cacellation refund
Dinesh babu filed complaint against Byjus Learning Online Products on Feb 12, 2021
To enroll into Class * for the academic year ****-**, I paid the amount of **** rs as caution deposit into Byjus for my Kid.
I request a demo class for a month ,
I was told that there is no demo class for Class * and * Students, so I decided to cancel the process.
I have not opted any mode of payment( EMI ) to pay the annual fee and not received any course material (books and Tablet). The enrollment process is not yet completed , it just stopped in Step*.
