There is billing issue from receivers end as a part of monthly recharge I have recharged my cable and they have received transaction ID everything now they are stating that its not in there hands when I ask for refund they are manipulating that refund is not possible, I have call the operater every day from last five days asking for a update they are staying with in **hrs issue will resolve but it's five days now no action taken and i need support from.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
