Makemy Trip - Cab service denied at last moment which caused my entire trip cancelled and hotel booking amount was

My self SK Samsuddin Nawaz. I had book a cab for Bengaluru to Chikmagalur round trip. At the time of booking I had paid advance of Rs. **** and total fare was Rs. *****. After that I booked the hotel with Rs. *****. But on the trip day i.e. on **th Oct Morning around *:**AM cab facility told that cab service could not be provided. I talked to customer care but no resolution. Only they were telling would refund **** Rs. After *:**AM I saw that my ab booking got cancelled from Makemytrip even though I did no do any thing.

Because of this worst service from makemy trip my trip got cancelled and I lost around Rs. *****.

Never expected this kind of service.
I want hotel booking amount should be refunded.
