It's a horrible experience nowadays with Ola cabs where after ** to ** mins of waiting you find a cab only to watch the high handedness of the drivers. If luck favours then the driver will agree to go to your destination. But more than often the driver refuses and the funniest matter is they will ask the passenger to cancel the trip. In my case when I called the driver after booking the driver informed he is dropping one customer and then will decide after checking my drop point. It looks like he is doing a great favour. I am putting up a campaign in my locality to boycott Ola from now onwards till Ola company takes the matter seriously.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
