Byju ias - BYJUs fraud

I had purchased BYJUs IAS tablet course after having a zoom session with the councellor Govindu Sravani, she promised me to provide the tablet course with pre recorded videos of gs and optional and also the live classes option for both gs and optional till *** december but when she punched the order she punched it for **** december and from then she and her managaer samreen not responding properly and after contacting multiple times her manager agreed that the mistake is from their end and provide full refund ansolutely full refund. But from then she is not responding properly. I need full clarity on this. I had all the emails about the services that they promised to provide and also the call recordings that I had with them. I am not going to take it granted I will definetly register a complaint legally if I dont get proper response by the emd of the day.
