I purchased byjus trail kit in feb ** **** .within trail period i opted for refund now all We are being threatened by them that our cibl score and penalty charges will be deducted when the actual fault is done by Byjus. I have returned the product and didnt take any service from them so why should we pay emi. We have applied for cancellation within the stipulated time, then why should we be harassed
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
