Byjus classes - Byjus cheating issue

My name is T.Jasmine Victoria and I am live in Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu. I have been ordered product in byjus for the past one month ago. they gave me a ** day trial period so I tried it too and it was not useful for me. So I made a request to them to cancel the product and they also said that we will do it as soon as my request is accepted but it has not been canceled for a month now. They gave me a loan through the company I was to buy their product from but now they are forcing me to pay off that debt. They promised me that if I canceled within ** days I would not have to repay the loan and that I would repay the **** rs. But now i contacting them does not give the correct answer. They also say that we can only cancel if we pay the first monthly installment. How can they persuade me to build a loan EMI when I have followed exactly all the terms they said? They call at least * times a day... and sms continously.. I am a single parent and I am raising my * year old son. It is very difficult for me to deal with them and look after my earning work, Doing my home work and taking care of my baby. I humbly ask you to please help me and save me from this problem.
