Byju ias - Byju not canceling course

Byju ias package was delivered on July **,****.Byju's is not canceling ias subscription. I was told by advisor that course can be canceled after ** days window. I couldn't cope up with the course so When I approached Byju's to cancel the course on Sept *,****, The cancelation team is saying that the advisor will contact me regarding this. But the advisor has not contacted me. I paid **** upfront and ***** as loan. Please voxya team help me to cancel this course subscription and stop automatic debit of loan emi.
