Byju ias - BYJU IAS HINDI MEDIUM TABLET RETURN

Sir,
I had purchase the product from BYJU sales person. At the time of selling the product they told me that the what the teacher taught in class, you will get the same in book also but you have to also prepare running notes. i told its common things thats ok. i took the registration long back in July **** but i got the book in end of Aug ****. Due to other commitment which i already communicated to their sales person that i am doing CA, if i get positive result then i will start immediately otherwise will start from December or may be later. He told me its ok i am with you and always support. I clear my CA exam in January **** and after that i have to do some training to enable us to get membership of ICAI, thats why i started my proper preparation from the tablet in the month of March **** itself. After completing some topic from polity subject, i told the issue that their are no correlation with the books and slides used by teacher to the BYJU mentor as well as sales person, both of them told, you started your preparation now, it get time to normalise in few days. the same problem again started when i started with Internal security subject and International relations. I inform them through mail but get no response from them. ultimately i mail to Mr. Raveendaran BYJU sir directly then that day i got the call and inform the same to the assigned person, he told me that i have to do internal enquiry and then let you know the same. Till date nothing updates from their side. In the mean time on daily basis BYJU loan partner IIFL call me to pay their EMI which i had stopped. Till date i had paid down payment Rs **** and * EMI of Rs **** each total Rs *****/-.Now BYJU blocked my email id as well as registered mobile number also and IIFL started threading me to send legal notice if you not pay your dues.
