Ola cab ride call,but driver said he was another ride for dropping the passenger then come.i refresh the app and get another ride and reached the destination.i call ola for another ride and get the destination while paying the bill **rupee extra added by ola .
The driver get extra rupees and then he live me.
I get harshment and talk in ola customer care by applying method no refund and they blocked my phone.* hrs I wasted to contact.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
